my freedom of info request went through but I have no way to contact the lady since they didn't give me a phone number. now the only other way for me to get a dog is if I find one out side my house. I feel my heart breaking each day dogs are like lil angels and everyone should have one

I really Miss Taby. I keep having this dream of him and he is traped and I can't find him. Then I wake up and can't go back to sleep til5 in the mourning. I still have his clothes and stuff I have video of him at christmas. He was my best friend. Since when I started school I had no friends he was mine now he is gone and no other dog or pet can replace him I have tried
